ELE Finland Oy provides high-quality training programs and consulting, especially in the field of teacher education, professional development and higher education globally, mainly in collaboration with HY+. We also provide solutions for leadership/team training, assessment and evaluation, measurement instruments and creating online materials and books (e.g. Phenomenal Leaning from Finland). Our main focus is in the Middle East, where we created a blended 2-year teacher education program.

Novia University of Applied Sciences is the largest Swedish-speaking UAS in Finland with about 5000 students and a staff of 350 in five campuses along the Finnish coastline.
