Finland International Education (FINE) brings an Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) solution, which combines professional daycare and high-class education. The FINE Pedagogy is based on the values and principles of the Finnish National ECEC.

NEBA (North European Business Academy) is a web-based academy. In addition to online learning, the studying methods can be face to face studying or blended learning. NEBA's field of expertise is Business Start Up, Career Guidance and Teacher Training.

NEBA trains people skills they need to start and run a business. The training is practical and effective, and based on a long experience of dealing with micro, small and medium-sized companies. NEBA has 25 years of experience of helping more than 4 000 new micro businesses and 10 000 online students.

NEBA's Career Guidance services cover Online Training package as well as tailored training programs. Teachers Training is done together with Finnish University and NEBA can provide an Online training package with University certificate.

Tiimiakatemia Global is a training and consulting company that trains professional team coaches. It has been established in 1993 by teamwork, team coaching and team learning experts.

The mission of Tiimiakatemia Global is to boldly coach team coaches. They are  professionals who have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and experiences to coach individuals, teams and communities to work and learn together. To certify the competencies of team coaches the company trains, Tiimiakatemia Global upkeeps and develops team coaches’ competency certification system.

The company offers both short and long-term coaching programs to progressive and inspired professionals from educational and business worlds. Also, the company consults organizations to use team coaching methods and develop as learning organizations.

Annie is a proactive support bot that improves students' well-being and prevents dropouts. Annie checks in with students over WhatsApp or SMS and if they need help, directs them to the services and information they need. The included analytics and bot builder help schools make decisions and target their services.

Kajaani University of applied Sciences (KAMK) is a proactive, genuinely international university with strong regional and national profile. For years, KAMK has been at the forefront of game, simulator education and application development in Finland and Europe.

KAMK offers educational programmes and business services tailored to the customer’s needs. ELE Finland Oy provides high-quality training programs and consulting, especially in the field of teacher education, professional development and higher education globally, mainly in collaboration with HY+. We also provide solutions for leadership/team training, assessment and evaluation, measurement instruments and creating online materials and books (e.g. Phenomenal Leaning from Finland). Our main focus is in the Middle East, where we created a blended 2-year teacher education program.
