Workseed is a cloud based LMS for vocational and professional education. Workseed platform speeds up TVET colleges and universities to deploy competency-based education model and to digitalize work-based learning. Workseed acts as a communication channel between the educational institutions and work life. The platform offers easy-to-use tools for creating individual learning paths for learners and modern integrations to student information systems, training simulators and many LTI-compliant learning tools. The platform is available among the others in Finnish, Swedish, English, Spanish and German and it is entrusted by 75% of Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences for managing work-based learning.

Polar Partners has over 20 years of experience in education development. Its first Finnish International School (FIS) was opened in Georgia in 2019, and currently more projects are on the way.

Tampere University of Applied Sciences TAMK's educational programs are focusing on tailored teacher and management trainings. TAMK promotes innovative and active online and onsite learning methodologies, student centered learning, together with work life connections and competence based curricula. It also offers world class entrepreneurship and coaching models and mentoring to be applied in institutions. Successful school design is based on the participation of the school users. Pedagogy guides the design of the learning environment. When making changes, it is good to think about the parts of the whole at the same time: how all the activities take place in the premises, how the changes affect the order of lessons.
