Plant Foods for Climate campaign offers practical tools for increasing the availability of climate-friendly, plant-based food in mass catering. These tools are intended for food services and their customers as well as policymakers. We offer a recipe bank with sustainable plant-based main course recipes that have been designed specifically for the needs of mass caterers, such as schools. The recipes are nutritionally balanced and include per-portion carbon footprint estimates. The aim of the campaign is to make it easier for food services to offer their customers climate-friendly, plant-based food every day.

Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, SAMK, is a multidisciplinary, internationally oriented university of approximately 6,000 students from 100 countries. SAMK is located on the west coast of Finland, in the Satakunta region. In its operating area, it is a significant creator of experts as well as a developer, a propeller of internationalisation and a promoter of entrepreneurship. Lahdelma & Mahlamäki architects (LMA) is an internationally acclaimed architecture office especially known for their museum projects and education buildings. Renowned for their deep understanding of the impact of history, location and the human touch, LMA architecture stretches far beyond materiality. The founders, Professor Ilmari Lahdelma and Professor Rainer Mahlamäki, have been working together since the 1980s and they have won over 100 prizes in architecture competitions, which makes LMA one of the most experienced and successful Finnish offices. Their principal works include, for example, the Museum of the History of Polish Jews (2013), the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences Myllypuro Campus (2019) and the Kastelli School and Community Centre (2014).

Kainuu Vocational College is a versatile producer of tailor-made skills development in companies. On the basis of clients' needs, they design a suitable training product to ensure the company's future.

Tampere University of Applied Sciences TAMK's educational programs are focusing on tailored teacher and management trainings. TAMK promotes innovative and active online and onsite learning methodologies, student centered learning, together with work life connections and competence based curricula. It also offers world class entrepreneurship and coaching models and mentoring to be applied in institutions. TAMK has special expertise for example in Risk management and circular economy and Textile and material engineering. TAMK trains, develops and publishes with its customers.

Edusampo Ltd in co-operation with Saimaa Vocational School Sampo offers vocational education and training to adults and youth, training and development services to companies and other community customers. There are roughly 20 vocational qualifications and further and specialist vocational qualifications in 7 fields of vocational education and training. They also offer further training and education for personnel of different companies.

VAMK Vaasa University of Applied Sciences is located in Vaasa, the Nordic hub for energy technology. In education, we focus on energy efficient technology, international business, and modern health care and social welfare services. We have a long tradition of research and development, expert services and project partnerships. Our design center MUOVA is expert in market-oriented design acting as a link between the business and the academic world.

Finnish Global Education Solutions Ltd is developing, building and operating International Finnish Schools on both academic and business levels. The scope of operations includes pedagogy, assessment, teacher training, capacity building, leadership, architecture and design, as well as technology.
